At Temple Online Store, we are committed to delivering your wall shelves safely, quickly, and affordably. Please read our shipping and delivery policy to understand how we process and ship your orders.
1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across the United States. If you are outside the U.S. and would like to place an order, please contact our support team for possible arrangements.
2. Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
3. Shipping Time
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–3 business days
- Please note that delivery times may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or holidays.
4. Shipping Costs
- Standard Shipping: Free on all U.S. orders over $50
- Orders under $50: Flat rate of $5.99
- Expedited shipping (if selected): Calculated at checkout
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your shipment’s progress.
6. Delivery Issues
If your package is marked as “delivered” but you haven’t received it:
- Check around your property and with neighbors
- Wait 24 hours (sometimes packages are marked delivered early)

We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
7. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
8. Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged:
- Take clear photos of the packaging and the damaged product
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@templeonline.store
We’ll replace the item or issue a refund as appropriate.
9. Multiple Shipments
In some cases, your order may be shipped in multiple packages due to availability or warehouse logistics. You’ll be notified and given tracking for each shipment.
