At Temple Online Store, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.
1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for most items. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- It must be in the original packaging
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase
2. Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including:
- Custom or made-to-order shelves
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper installation
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
3. How to Start a Return

We’ll provide instructions and a return shipping address. Do not send items back without prior approval.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to a defect or our error, we’ll cover the shipping costs.
- If the return is due to personal preference or ordering error, you’ll be responsible for return shipping.
5. Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved:
- A refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the item was defective.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company or bank (it may take time before your refund is officially posted).
- If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at support@templeonline.store.
7. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at support@templeonline.store.
8. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
9. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement. After that, the order may already be processed or shipped.
